What you should know about your teen’s Mental Health

As parents, you need to know what your teens feel and what they want to do. You need to remember the time when you were teenagers to understand your teens feeling. There will be a time when they are so happy, creative, lovely and so nice. On the other hand, you may notice that your teens are so gloomy, sad, and do not want to do regular activities. They perhaps get angry or anxious easily. In this case, you are not supposed to be angry or accuse them for doing something bad. The wiser action is talking calmly to them and finding out what happen. There is a chance that your teens have problem in mental health which commonly happens on many teens.

Teens often have bad mood and depression. Both of them are considered as part of mental health problem. The source of the problem may be so simple like falling in love or having misunderstanding with their friends. If your teens decide not to talk to you in advance, it is fine. Let them calm down and you can talk to them later. The important thing you have to do is guiding them to keep behaving positively. Another teens’ mental health problem that you should know is anxiety disorders. It can be seen from their changing behavior. Remember, it is not the same as depressed people. Your teens may ones of those teens who usually get anxious before the final test or performing in front of many people. Again, it is your duty to guide them before the mental health disorder is getting more serious.
