It is very difficult for not being angry when something does not happen based on what you have expected before. You can also be angry when someone hurts your feeling or lies to you. Indeed, it is so bad when someone betrays you and cannot be responsible for what has happened. All of them are some examples which can make you angry. Better anger management will make you in better feeling and you do not have to be angry too long. However, if you get angry easily and cannot handle your feeling wisely, you are the one who needs help as soon as possible.

Perhaps you do not realize that you really need help and feel that being angry is normal. In this case, you are totally wrong. Being angry too often tends to make you get depressed and anxious.
