Mental health is something you cannot see but you can feel. It is the situation when you can think rationally, work productively and do your everyday activities in balance. However, not everyone can.  keep the mental health in the top performance. There are many factors which can affect the mental health significantly. Commonly, it is the past experiences which lead to this disorder. You can see depression as one type of mental health problem. This is the condition when someone lose the fun and pleasure. She or he tends to think negatively and want to get angry all the time. Another is called schizophrenia which is considered as the severe mental health disorder. In this case someone needs help from the psychiatrist who can give proper treatment.

There is a disorder called phobia. This is the situation when someone gets afraid of something, even the simple thing. In the world, there are many kinds of phobia and each of them needs professional help. The disorder which is the result of some hazard is called post traumatic stress. For example, someone who got car accident or raped tend to have severe psychological distress. If mental health disorder is not handled properly by the professional, it will affect the sufferer’s entire life and the people around. So, when you some symptoms on the people around you, it is better for you to talk calmly and suggest the important thing she or he must do.
