Mental health completes the overall healthy you have. It affects your life significantly the same as your physical health. It needs to be balanced because it affects the way you think, act, and make decision. That is why it is so important and you have to do many things to make sure your mental health condition. When you have trouble with it, your self image will be ruined. You will have negative image on your body, often get angry, and tend to have depression. On the other hand, if you have balance and healthy mental, you will be able to study and work well. You can concentrate on doing your tasks, even multi tasks that are given to you.

Your mental health relates to your relationship with your couple, family, and friends. Another important thing is you will not be able to sleep well if you got depressed or anxious. Even if you are very sleepy and have stayed on the bed, it will be difficult to get tight sleep. After getting up, you will not feel fresh and feel tired. This is so bad and affects you creativity and productivity. Furthermore, people with mental health problem usually have eating problem at the same time. They lose their appetite and if they finally eat, it is only for the small amount. As a result, the body does not get enough nutrition to support your daily activities. In contrast, some other people eat more than it has to be. They eat everything without thinking whether it is healthy food or not. If mental health disorder is not handled properly, in the long run it will affect your overall physical health. That is why the only option you have is maintaining your mental health as much as you can.
