The relationship between Mental Health problem and Anxiety Attack

Perhaps, you have ever seen someone who is always in a deep sorrow or sadness. Sometimes she or he gets anxious for something that is actually fine. This is one example of someone who has mental health disorder. Small thing happens may make him anxious and cannot think wisely. Usually, it is continued with feeling afraid of something bad happen. All of them may be caused by trauma experienced, bad experiences in the past, and accumulation of both of them. There are some causes which can affect in short time like accidents. People who get uncured sickness such as diabetes or kidney problem tend to have mental problem because there is nothing they can do to overcome the problem.

In this case, anxiety usually appear when she or he remembers the bad event in past. The anxiety degree is not the same from one person to another. It depends on how bad the experiences are and the mental strength someone has. Since this cannot be recovered in short time, people who live around the sufferer have to be patient. The counseling and treatment should be done continuously. The support should be given mentally, psychologically, and physically, so the sufferer will get all the things to recover as soon as possible.
