When you have trouble with it, your self image will be ruined. You will have negative image on your body, often get angry, and tend to have depression. On the other hand, if you have balance and healthy mental, you will be able to study and work well. You can concentrate on doing your tasks, even multi tasks that are given to you.</p>
<p>Your mental health relates to your relationship with your couple, family, and friends. Another important thing is you will not be able to sleep well if you got depressed or anxious. Even if you are very sleepy and have stayed on the bed, it will be difficult to get tight sleep. After getting up, you will not feel fresh and feel tired. This is so bad and affects you creativity and productivity.
